cute, elastic stretchy waist band. so easy to accessorize. Definitely fits a size small perfectly but could be a baggy look on XS, the length of the pants are perfect for anyone at/under 5'7 really. tucked away pockets and allover plaid pattern! super cute find at F21 price is negotiable tho :D
