Forever 21 Plaid Mini Dress

Super cute plaid mini dress ready to be worn with your fall thigh high boots. Color is a true dark orange and cream (in person looks more ‘fall’ than photos do justice). Two rows of buttons down the front, slit on left thigh, zipper closure back with hook and eye at the top. Labelled as size small, but fits more like an extra-small (my dress size 4/6 hips DO NOT fit in this; so likely more for a dress size 2/4). Brand new with tag and extra button.
