Forever 21 Pink Lace & Black Dress. Size Small. This has been worn and washed and in excellent condition. The top lace with light viscose lining part fits a little looser and is attached to the bottom part which is a stretchy form fitted poly/rayon black mini skirt. Measures at bust, 25” at waist (but about 27” fully stretched), 30” at hips (about 37” fully stretched..really hugs your curves!) and 33” from shoulder to hem.
