Forever 21 Owl Tie Waist Top

Reposhing this item I purchased from @zaydabarros_. This shirt is ADORABLE! But I learned the hard way that "women's large" does not equal "Forever 21 large!" Fits more like a medium. Too bad for me bc it is super cute!😭 Questions? Leave a comment below!
