Forever 21 Open Back Maxi Dress

I love this dress. The cut, fit and quality is something you wouldn’t expect from Forever 21 but this was a FIND when I got it years ago. Wore this in Hawaii for a Luau but haven’t worn it much since then. You won’t find this anywhere and since this is one my my favorites I will only part with it for a decent price given the style. No trades.
