This is a long sleeved, off the shoulder top by Forever 21 in excellent used condition in size small. There are no flaws except that I cut out the fabric/care tag. It is hand wash, lay flat to try. It’s in a dark orange/mustard color. To create the off the shoulder look you fold down the top of the top so it creates a nice detail. It can be worn with jeans or a skirt depending if you want to dress it up or down. It’s a great top to show off your neck and shoulders and show off a beautiful necklace. It’s very stretchy.
