Forever 21 Neutral Tropical two-Piece set

Background color is light tan and palm frond pattern is cream/off-white. Top and bottom both size small. Top has adjustable spaghetti straps and a zipper on the size - fits tight. The bottoms have an elastic band in the back (which occasionally becomes twisted) and fit true to size. Slits at the bottom give a flowy bell bottom feel. A few loose threads. On the right leg, there was a small tear along the seam. I hand-sewed it to repair (before and after pictured).
