Forever 21 Navy Dress Size Medium

Forever 21 button down dress. Can be worn buttoned up as a dress or open layered as a duster. Sleeves can be worn long or rolled up and buttoned. Fabric is soft, like a nice quality T-shirt: 65% Rayon, 35% poly. Two pockets and small belt loops on sides. (see photos) with garment flat: Pit to pit flat 19 in, length from center back of neck 34 in. Care tag says hand wash, dry flat, but I washed in machine on gentle and hung on hanger and it looks great.
