• Forever 21 Navy Blue dress with white and magenta pattern • Size small • Used • Has elastic along on the neckline so it can stretch • Top is slightly see through so would need to wear something underneath, bottom has 2 layers • There are small loops as if it should have a belt but I don’t have it and I don’t remember it • Length falls above the knee • V-neck and 3/4 length sleeves • Tag with care instructions and material was cut off
