this is a SUPER soft and cute, stretchy top from forever 21. brand is willow + root it's form fitting and will cling to your shape but it is not tight. the fabric is so nice and smooth and just feels good on your skin. would be perfect tucked in with some high waited jeans or skirt! the neck line is a little over an inch, not quite a turtle neck but it is by no means low cut. leopard cheetah animal print
