Forever 21 Mini School Skirt

I really like this skirt, but I only got to wear it once. It is in excellent condition, no tares, just wrinkled for being in my drawer for a long time. This skirt has a super cute metal chain and the material is super thick and study. It's 100% cotton so it does not stretch. So if you are a size 0, it will fit. It is also a mini skirt and when put on, it will spread a bit like a tutu. Super cute.
