Forever 21 Medium Skater Skirt Date Night Dress

So this is actually a new dress that I never wore but I did take off the tags. It is a black lace overlay and a cute fitted corset top with a cut out back and a skater skirt bottom. I loved this dress but I never had a chance to wear it and then I got too fat lol. The mannequin wearing it is probably around 6 ft and a size 4-I’m not sure I got her when The Limited was going out of business. I knew she’d come in handy. Comment if you have any questions!
