Forever 21 Jean Skirt, in lighter blue. Size 27

This is in very good condition not wore much. On the last slide it is measured with a ruler and there is still fabric from each sides but just to give you perspective on the overall length. All buttons work and are the original buttons. I would say size 2 but it’s measurement is 27. Negotiable price.
