Cute Forever 21 studded shorts. Rides high on the waist. The studs are a bit worn (shown in the pic) but I think it gives them a rustic look. No stains/rips. Great condition

snrobb @sstegman so I measured the waist to be about 30" and each leg about 25". I wouldn't say they were very tight though. Hope that helps!
