Forever 21 High Waist Shorts

Royal blue high waist spandex type shorts that are super cute to go out in especially paired with some leggings! The shorts have pleats in the front and back and feature a silver zipper on the back. Very good thick material for forever 21 and a pretty fine pipe texture to them (see second picture for texture detail) these are still in like new condition as they were only worn once!
