Forever 21 High Low Skirt (Heather Grey)

Forever 21 high low skirt in heather grey with a black elastic waistband. This is a dramatic high low skirt with the front hem coming to about the knees and the back hem coming down to the ankle. Material is a super soft rayon/spandex blend. Size S, measures appr. 12”waist 21”front length 36”back length. Waistband has tons of stretch. Preowned excellent condition, only worn once, only flaw is that the tag is torn but the care tag is still intact.
