Forever 21 Green Scuba zip front mini dress fit & flare full skirt

Well-loved dress from Forever 21. Label tags have been removed. I believe it is a size Medium. Some pills and snags throughout & although there isn't a hole yet- the stitching is starting to come undone at a spot in the waist (see photo). Dress is a deep green, and not quite as teal-leaning as photos show. Has black trim, a zipper that runs all the way up / down the fron of the dress. Thick scuba / neoprene material. 33" long from top of shoulder. Stretch.
