Forever 21 Green Poof Skirt with Pockets

Cute dark green skirt with two pockets. Belt loops on sides. Elastic waist band. Ruffled at the bottom. (: *looks kinda brown in first few pictures but actual color is army green. Belt is not included but would be a great way to accessorize, plus the skirt does have belt loops!
