Forever 21 Green Dress, Small

Green dress, Forever 21, Small. Beautiful color, great for St. Patrick's Day or Christmas parties. It features waist ties from the sides that can be tied around the front or back. It has a zipper down the back and a hook and eye closure at the top of the zipper. I'm 5'4 and about 110 lbs in the pics. It's a bit tight in the shoulders for me, and barely fits my 34dd chest, and only without a bra. It doesn't offer much support for my droopy chest, and is too tight and revealing for my granny bras.
