Forever 21 Floral Tunic

I think this was mean't to be a dress but it honestly seems too short to be a dress! It could be really cute with a pair of skinny jeans or leggings! It is yellow, white and navy (it also looks black) in color. It also has a side zipper (which makes me think it is a dress). Measurements (flat lay) Length: 29" from top of strap to bottom hem 21" from bust to bottom hem. Bust: 13.5" Size Small from Forever 21. Has small stain and flaw near strap but is still functional (see photos). Bundle to save
