Pre-loved, Forever 21 floral skirt. Skirt has some stretch to it. The contents tag is missing so I’m not sure what it’s made of. Black with floral pattern. Has zipper in the back. Has an elastic waist. Women’s size L (see photos for approximate measurements). Skirt does show some wear (see photos).
