Forever 21 Floral Skater Skirt

This skirt is perfect for summer. It’s very nice and airy and has two hidden deep pockets on both sides in the front. Only worn 4-5 times. Nice stretchy elastic waist. Length is 15.5” and waist is 28” but can stretch.
