Forever 21 Floral Shorts

F21 loose floral shorts with a crochet lining on the bottom. very comfortable, very loose, soft, elastic waistband. fits a small and medium, a little on the small side near the waistband. sooo cute I would keep them but I never wear them. like-new condition
