NWOT. This beauty has been sitting in my closet for way too long! I keep thinking I’ll find an occasion to wear it but I haven’t. It has a cinched/ruched waist, with front buttons, v-neck, flutter sleeves, non-functional front ties, side slits. I picture this being worn with a pair of light wash jeans, a cami and some cute heeled sandals. It’s quite long but could easily be hemmed.
