Forever 21 Floral Flutter Button Back Dress NWOT

This lovely floral dress from Forever 21 is unique with its fluttery ruffle straps on front and back, and button detailing up the back. The dress has side zipper with hook closure at top. It is white with light&dark pink and blueish-purple flowers. "NWOT" since the price tag got ripped off but I still have the tag containing bonus button attached.
