Forever 21 Floral Empire Waist Dress

Forever 21 dress with flattering v neck, elastic empire waist, draped design, and inner layer. Measures 33.5 in, waist measures 12 in but expands. Purchased from a posher but it did not fit right. Size small but fits more like a medium. Has an inner layer then the floral layer over. No signs of wear, just needs to be ironed. Perfect to wear to the office, over tights, or to the beach. Very versatile. Beautiful neutral colors.
