NWT Floral Mini Dress from Forever 21. Bought at a online consignment store not directly from Forever 21. 100% Rayon - so its super light and super soft. Style: A-line Measurements: 32’ Chest & 32’ Length Size M but fits more like XS/S. But go by the measurements. I’m 5’7 & it was way too short for me and barely zipped on my back.
