Forever 21 Floral Appliqué Back Tank

Size small, lightly worn. Somewhat sheer fabric. The "fraying" along the neckline and appliqué were like that when I bought it (i.e. It was intentional), one flower on left shoulder appears like it's not stitched but it's really just extra thread. Other than that construction of if, there are no major signs of damage or excessive wear. Hard to tell in photos but there is a banded bottom too. Let me know if you have more questions!
