Forever 21 Floor Length Black and Pink Dress

This dress has a black chiffon skirt and backing while the front panel is a scuba type fabric with a cut out pattern. The backing from shoulder to lower waist is see through. The pink underneath the cut out is also chiffon fabric. The inside skirt is a nice, stretch fabric. This has very, very lightly been worn.
