Forever 21 F21 low cut, long-sleeved purple dress

It's a bit more of a darker plum/purple than the pictures show. I'm not gifted in the chest area (28b) so it looks frumpy on my body. It'll look very flattering on someone that can fill that area out! Worn once to try on, never worn out.
