Forever 21 Emerald Green Crossed Crop Top

Reposhing this item. It is exactly what I expected but it fits very tight for a medium, more like a small. Arms are tight. Wouldn’t recommended if you are bustier or have a wider shoulders. Doesn’t fit me but is so gorgeous. Questions? Leave a comment below!
