Forever 21 Dress

This is a horizontal stripped dress from Forever 21. It's a cream/gray dress with black stripes. The dress has an elastic waist, but I always paired it with a cute black belt around the waist anyways. The sleeves are cuffed, and the front has cute buttons going down to the waist and a little pocket :) perfect condition! Offers are always welcome!
