Forever 21 Dress ~

This is a fun yet chic dress. The skirt part of the dress has lots of stretch. The blouse part of the dress has a small floral design with colors of blues, red, black and cream. The dress is made of rayon and polyester. It's in good condition. I wash all my things before I send them, so they will be fresh!
