Forever 21 | Dark Blue Sweater Top

Get it before I change my mind and keep it! This is a dark blue sweater top from Forever 21’s Contemporary line in a size XS! My favorite part about this top are the sleeve cuffs—they’re wider than normal and fitted around the wrist, giving the top a “the-same-but-different” vibe. The waist/bottom hem of this is wide as well. While the material is actually a cotton/polyester blend, it gives the appearance of velvet, which is lovely. No rips, tears, stains, or imperfections of any kind!
