Forever 21 Contemporary Size XS Black and white floral wrap top. The tie in front can be tied however way you’d like. Has a collar. Has two buttons at end of both sleeves. I loved to wear this top with any bottoms. It’s very light weight and chic! Worn a few times but in very good condition. (Black bandeau and white pants is not for sale and used for styling) Comes from a smoke free home.
