Forever 21 Contemporary Blue Maxi Dress with Slit

This is a blue maxi dress from Forever 21’s Contemporary collection. It has an awesome slit on one side and it also has adjustable straps. Size S but runs a little bit small. For me 5ft, 90lbs, it was a little snug around the waist, but perfect lengthwise. Also, a tiny bit roomy in the bust. New with tags.
