Forever 21 Collared Dress

Lovely floral button-up dress from Forever 21. This dainty dress features a white flower pattern (with bits of tan) on a red (or red-orange) background and a Peter Pan collar. Dress has functional buttons all the way from neck to hem and is fully lined. It has a defined waist, and the skirt has small, loose pleats. There were little string loops to hold up a belt, but one has broken as pictured. No stains and no other flaws. Last photo is not true to color - it was just intended to provide a close-up of the pattern.
