Great condition. Blue and black tie dyed textured velvet with a print throughout. Very wide boat style neckline. May be off the shoulder. Gathered shoulder straps that make horizontal fabric folds along the front and back neckline. Stylish design and comfortable fit. Size and care tag are missing. The measurement appears to be a small size. It also appears to be polyester. I would hand wash and hang to dry or just dry on low for 10 minutes before hanging to dry.
