Forever 21 Blue Dress

New with tags. Size extra small. Has a small tear in the mesh/lace part (last pic). It’s not very noticeable though. The top lace part kind of folds down (3rd pic). Knee length. It’s a bit wrinkled from storage but otherwise in great condition.
