@kmcrafton Imo it’s moderate. You can’t see through the sequins but when held to the light you can see a bit through the black fabric beneath.

@kmcrafton Ask away!🙂 I added a photo of my finding online which states Forever 21 is a Junior Sized clothing company. I personally found the top to be roomy, but it’s based on Junior’s sizing :) Hope that helps!
