Forever 21 Blouse (new with tags)

New with tags, never worn. Definitely fits like a small, made out of sheer black fabric with pretty detailing. Neck line is high, and a scoop neck. There’s a little tear in the sleeve (picture shown), I may have snagged it on something when I bought it, or maybe it’s a defect :/. Either way, it’s hardly noticeable. This is also an ADD ON ITEM. For $5, I’ll add this top onto any other order from my shop!
