This 90% polyester and 10% elastane dress is fully lined and is nice and lightweight. It pairs well with sandals for summer or combat boots and leather jacket for winter. Neckline to chest is 7.25”, across the chest armpit to armpit is 19” and this skirting is 20.25” from seam under chest to hemline.
