Forever 21 Black Floral Strapless Dress OSFA EUC

This dress is SO freakin GORGEOUS!!! I’m only selling bc I don’t do well with strapless dresses (due to severe back issues). This dress is a blacklish/grayish cover with creme and silver flowers and hearts. It is in perfect condition with no known imperfections. The tag says “one size fits all” and I’ve included pics of all measurements. The top part is spandex/elastic with plenty of stretch to it for all sizes. Lovely free flow/bohemian/festival flow.
