Forever 21 Black Floral Bird Plunge Wrap Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @cactuspine. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. It’s a medium, but runs very small. I’m a 34D and it’s too small for me. It’s listed as a medium on the tag, but I’m listing it as a small. It’s gorgeous though!!! It’s a true wrap dress, so it’s hard to get an accurate measurement since it’s adjustable.
