Forever 21 crushed black velvet dress with cute flare hemline. In excellent pre-owned condition. Would make the perfect little black dress for a night out. Could also easily be incorporated into your Halloween costume. Dress it up or down! Fabric/care tag has been removed, but this would be comfortable to wear as the inside is smooth and the fabric has stretch!
