Fantastic condition and super black with white stitching- worn once. Tags have been removed but these are a Cotton/elastin blend. Measurement: side to side at waist is 13-1/2” but the back band has elastic so it stretches to 15-1/2”; inseam is 29”; 11” rise in front. Flattering and comfortable! No pets, non-smoking household.
