Forever 21 Baby Blue Dress

This dress is super soft and comfortable. It’s very easy to dress up with heels. Also can be a cute and causal summer/beach dress. I used to wear this dress a lot so the fabric has some general wear/tear. The most noticeable issue is the spray tan stains on a part of the straps (picture 5). Could fit sizes S-M.
