Forever 21 Asymmetrical Strapless Prom Sequin

Dress is size Large. Worn once! Blue sequins and super soft material. Has a place to attach straps, but I have lost them. The rubber liner to hold in place is in very good condition. Has a zipper and is slightly stretchy. From the top front to the lowest part of the hem is 27” and from the top of the back to the lowest part of the hem is 47”. The waist is 14.5” and the top is 15.25” across.
