Forest Green Crushed Velvet Turtleneck Dress

A 90s staple and classic. This is a flattering forest green crushed velvet dress marked 9/10. The material has stretch to it and is not too thick. I would say the size is closer to a 6 or 8 depending on desired fit. I’ve marked medium to be safe. The upper half is pretty fitted like a 4 or 6 but the waist is more like a 6/8.
