Fore Cutout Knit Mini Dress

Never worn with tags! Tight fit, stretchy fabric, cutout at stomach with twist top, small slits on the sides of the skirt. I am usually a size small but size-up when things are a tight fit, especially around my hips (which are wider). FORE is a Bloomingdale's brand.
